(More customer reviews)I just installed this stove in my home on 3/29/2008. Over the weekend we tried every function we could think of. We baked we Convection baked we tried the lower oven and every burner We even used the griddle. This is a fine piece of equipment. There are two complaints which is why the 4 stars.
1. The stove had a small dent on the left side I noticed right away. This dent is low and when slid in is not noticeable. I called Home Depot right away and they said they will credit us $50. I was hoping for a little more but ...the thought of loading it back up and waiting for a new one wasn't worth it. I also after getting it all installed and in place noticed a small indentation on the front behind the handle. This looked like a factory problem but what can I do?
2. The knobs get hot when baking!!! The front panel around the knobs get hot!!! Maybe enough to burn a small child.
