(More customer reviews)I like the range it works well I have been baking bread and all kinds of fun things. It arrived with all the burner and oven control knobs broken. It arrived on July 8 2010 today is July 23rd and I still don't have any new parts. It took over a week to wade through the muck in there customer service Dept before I found a great young lady to help me. I don't think I will ever buy a large appliance on line again
