(More customer reviews)I own this pan; we use it almost everyday. This has been the easiest and best pan that I have tried for making poached eggs. I am thinking of purchasing the 9 inch version of this pan because this one has been a real champ as well as a workhorse. The pan itself has nice weight without being overly heavy and the cups are just right for extra large eggs. The only flaw is the metal knob on top of the lid.......it can get quite hot...use a pot holder.
