(More customer reviews)After 1 or 2 uses, my hot/cold pack developed a leak. But Corningware Customer Service was very good, they sent me a knew one. (It was a gift, so I didn't have a receipt or proof of purchase.) The new pack has held up well, so I don't hold that against them.
I have one complaint. The lid on mine doesn't seal very well. There are gaps around the sides, and if you're transporting something "juicy" (e.g., ratatouille), there might be some leaking. On the up side, the carrier is easy to clean with a wet cloth or sponge.
But overall, a good product, and I would recommend it.
