(More customer reviews)I bought the Farberware Classic Yosemite 8-Cup Stainless Steel Percolator after battling with several automatic-drip coffee makers. All I wanted was a hot cup of coffee! Now that I have given up on automatic-drip coffee makers and chosen to use a percolator, a relic from childhood, I enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee every day, as opposed to lukewarm brown water. This percolater is easy to use, cleanup is easy, my coffee tastes better, and the wonderful smell permeates my kitchen as it perks. Why automatic-drip coffee makers ever came to be is beyond me. Another example of the old adage, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
