(More customer reviews)I purchased this item and found another use for it. I have the pots that can go from the stove top into the oven. Unfortunately that means that they have a tight seal when you put the lid on. I can clip this lid to the pot and then put the lid back on. Viola, now the lid stays slightly open while I cook things without the worry of the contents bubbling up and spilling out! Works great!
