(More customer reviews)I bought this after reading a comparison of dutch ovens in "Cook's Illustrated." This one, along with I think LeCrueset, ranked highest (and this one was lighter-weight). I have not been disappointed. I use it for soups, stews, pot roast, etc. It conducts heat beautifully and even cleans up well. It's just a great tool.
