At first I thought the non-stick would deterrent me from any type of `roasting', but I was surprised. This set gives you amazing `even' heat distribution. It will cook an egg delicately if need be, yet, you can actually roast vegetables over high heat. It works better than my wok!
It does all this and cleans in an easy manner! No fuss! I love it! I defiantly recommend this set to any moderate cooker.
