(More customer reviews)I love this electric fireplace. It creates a warm atmosphere, and I like that I can have the "fire burning" without having the heating element on. It is a little noisy with the heater and fan operating, but not bad. My only complaint is that the wood is considerably darker than it appears on the web site and on the packing carton. Even so, it is a lovely addition to my bedroom.
