(More customer reviews)Personally, if i had to do it again I would have gone for a different range. The only reason I picked this one was due to size contraints...It looks kind of cheap, the metal is thin and flimsy and even with dual dampers the cold air still rushes in. The unit arrived with a piece loose in the box, which broke due to being jostled around. And the sheet metal used to fabricate it wasnt completely tight and when the unit is on, the metal flaps back and forth making ALOT of noise. I think its 40% louder because of it! I just dont feel like dealing with sending it back and getting another one, and then have the same issue repeat...we just jerry rigged it to fix SOME of the issues....over all I am disappointed. If I had to do over I would get a Zephyr.
