(More customer reviews)The Akdy 36" SS Wall Mount Range hood I ordered arrived within 2 days, earlier than I expected. The package and the product were in excellent condition. Installing the new hood was fairly easy, but involved a bit of trial and error because the included instructions are almost useless. The single set of instructions produced seems to cover several range hoods. The hood is relatively quiet and moves a LOT of air, which is good. The LED lighting is useless... it's located at the back of the hood and points to an area behind the back burners on my cooktop, and the amount of light they produce is so limited that sometimes I don't realize that they're on. In fact, on of the bulbs has already half burned out. I did not intend to rely on the built in lighting so this isn't all that important to me, but I'm tempted to contact customer service and see if I can install halogen bulbs in their place. Considering the price, the look and the overall performance of the hood, I still have to give it a full four stars and would still recommend it to others as long as they're aware of the potential shortcomings. I will probably purchase other items from AKDY.
