(More customer reviews)Well, this product, unless, it needs repair or is just inferior, takes up to 30 minutes to bring water to a boil. Maybe it is not designed to in which case, it should state that. If I need to boil water, I will put the pan on the plate, bring the water to boil in the microwave and transfer to the empty pot. Kind of a hassle.
