(More customer reviews)The only thing that you will need to do is get pots and pans that have a steel bottom or use cast iron. I just happen to have both. I have not stopped using it. I make a lot of candy and the temperature control helps keep the perfect temp through out the cooking process. I would and have recommended this product to friends
