(More customer reviews)This pot is beautiful! The blue is vibrant. This is my third enamel cast iron piece and I just love how they brown meat perfectly and clean up great. I can brown 5 chicken breasts at once in this pot, it also reduces liquids quickly. This dish is built to last... heavy, sturdy construction. I will have it for my lifetime and I have no doubt that my children or even grandchildren will use it too!

This 3 Qt enamel covered casserole is great for cooking, marinating, refrigeration and freezing.The color porcelain enamel on cast iron can be used on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, as well as in the oven. Not recommended for use on outdoor grills or over open outdoor flames.Not for use in microwaves. Lodge Color Porcelain Enamel on Cast Iron cookware is cast from molten iron in individual sand molds.
