(More customer reviews)first heater started to make a metal to metal vibrating sound. They replaced no problem next heater came damaged in shipping form fedex. They also replaced with no problem. Third heater works excellent very pleased with heater live in a 1000 square foot apt. Turned off heat pump heats up about 2 degrees a hour. So far a great heater an I would recommend it to everyone as a extra source of heat. Saves me money on power bill. Hope it will hold up and last.
