(More customer reviews)This is my second one. The first I returned because of a prominent dent in the front. I sent it back and got a refund. I ordered another unit and it came with a smaller, less visible dent, and I decided to keep it. Both range hoods came in flimsy factory cartons with small pieces of fitted foam inserts. The foam was badly broken in both shipments and the boxes had external damage. I don't recommend this purchase.
