(More customer reviews)My Wife thought I was nuts when this arrived in a box the size of an stove. We got the silver metallic with stainless trim. This thing does more than any other "microwave hood" I've read about or heard about. The sensors are abundent and amazing. We reheat something in it everyday. The steamer function allows to steam veggies with fish layered over the top to perfection everytime in the steamer unit that came with it.All with a push of a button. The exaust comes on automaticlly when is senses a high amount of heat or smoke. Can also be set manually. This is year 3 and now something is wrong with the touch sensor so I might recommend looking into extended warranty if its not too expensive. I ordered all new sensor board for $250 which is just about the whole door. Think I paid $800 for it new, and would buy another one......................... Askaspen
