(More customer reviews)I use this on my stovetop constantly! It fits perfectly over two of my gas burners and heats the entire (large!) surface evenly. The grill side is great for cooking burgers, chicken, carne asada, grilling peppers & veggies, etc., and the flat griddle side is terrific for pancakes (obviously) and toasted sandwiches. Very easy to clean and tucks away nicely too.
