(More customer reviews)We have the black color - I hate it because it streaks something awful and I already have 2 noticable scratches after only 6 months. However, I don't think that is the fault of this particular brand but just of the black finish in general. I wish I had stuck with the bisque color that the Lowes salesman laughed at.
Other than that, this oven is reliable and performs ok. I do use the Speed Bake button but I can't say I have noticably different results and have not adjusted any of my recipes. I do think frozen pizzas come out noticably better with Speed Bake. I think we paid about $750 for this oven 6 months ago. It's not bad and I would probably pay the extra $200 for the "convectin" Speed Bake feature because I think it adds resale value, but I know it's not a true convection oven - just a fan inside the oven.
