(More customer reviews)This pot is lightweight stainless steel. The bottom scorched through, (blackened) on it's first use. I used it on my stove's 16,000 BTU burner, but that has not been a problem for my other cookware. The fried chicken it produced was good, but I'm sure this pot can't stand up to heavy use. Buy it only for occasional use. If you plan to fry alot, buy a basket for your dutch oven or buy a commercial aluminum fry bottom/basket.

(More customer reviews)Use this cooker for boiling wort for homebrew, it does great at boiling 6 gallons at a time. Just bought an 80 qt stock pot to use on it, fits perfect, but haven't actually tried it yet.
Only drawback is that the system could use a windguard to focus the heat at the bottom of smaller pots better.
