(More customer reviews)This pan just arrived in the mail and I'm delighted with it. For years, I've been using a large, porcelain broiler pan that came with my first range. This new pan is ideal for everyday meals for two people. And it won't be a dishwasher hog.
I read the review that warned about grease sticking to the pan. Porcelain is notorious for that. But it's safe for using with the high heat of a broiler. So I'll line the bottom of the pan with foil and then spritz the top slotted broil tray with cooking spray. That'll take care of the issue.

When I ordered this pan I didn't realize that the bottom piece is so deep and doubles as a baking pan. It's going to be helpful for baking vegetable dishes or desserts at the same time as roasts.

It fits different sized percolator top holes, and has a screw on metal bracket for under the lid so it still fastens to the lid nice and tight. And it will last much longer than the plastic one!

Universal Stovetop 5-Turn Coil Review

(More customer reviews)The large burner on my old kitchen stove (Welbilt, 1950's) suddenly lost power just before Thanksgiving. There are no parts for this vintage appliance, but I wasn't quite ready to purchase a new stove/range either. I took a chance that this coil would work, and it did, perfectly! The original coil was a 4 ring, so this replacement actually heats faster and more evenly than the original. Now I can hold out on a kitchen renovation for a bit longer. It was also 1/2 the price of a similar coil at Home Depot.
