Comes with everything you might need, including a thermometer for oil/water. Can be used for many things other than turkey deep fry. Who wants a unifuntion piece of equipment? Steamer/boiling basket for veggies, shrimp, whatever. Plenty big for crab boil, crawdads, etc. Worth the cost. As they say, you get what you pay for, in this case even more.

I am a novice home brewer and this kit allowed for me and the fellow members of the Rat Bastard Brew Club to venture outdoors to brew beer, instead of in the cramped kitchen.
