(More customer reviews)I received this set as a gift three years ago, and I really love the set. At the time, I was not much of a cook and just out of college, but I am now married and we cook all the time with these pans. They are super sturdy and feel hefty without too much weight. I appreciate the "strain" feature and use it regularly.
The company also stands behind its products and responds to customers via email. I was missing one of the lids to the pans after a move. I contacted them about it, and they helped me to replace the piece. It was great service on their part, and although I know these pans are going to last me for years and years, I will probably buy WearEver again.

Combining high performance with a sleek design, this 10-piece cookware set includes a 1-quart covered saucepan, a 2-quart covered saucepan, a 5-quart covered Dutch oven, and a 9-1/2-inch open deep saute pan, as well as three handy tools--a spoon, a slotted spoon, and a slotted turner. Use the saucepans for breakfast oatmeal or homemade marinara sauce and the Dutch oven for soups and stews or for boiling pasta. The deep saute pan works well for chicken and rice and other one-dish meals--start by browning meats or sauteing onions, then add liquid and other ingredients to finish on the stovetop or in the oven. Each tool and long-handled pan comes with a hole at the end for convenient hanging storage when not in use.
The cookware features 18/10 stainless-steel construction, inside and out, with impact-bonded aluminum bases for even heat distribution. Rolled stainless-steel handles stay cool to the touch for a safe, confident grip, while double non-drip spouts make for easy pouring. The Cook & Strain cookware line gets its name from its tempered-glass covers, which offer stainless-steel strainer rims that serve as colanders for straining foods right from the pot or pan. Simply line up the holes in the rim of the cover with the pouring spout on the pot or pan, and tip to drain. Oven-safe to 350 degrees F, the cookware carries a limited lifetime warranty and can be safely washed in the dishwasher, though washing it by hand is recommended.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this Calphalon Unison Nonstick 12 Inch Round Griddle Pan along with the Calphalon Unison Nonstick 12 Inch Round Grill Pan and cannot be happier. We use this pan for everything: eggs, bacon, French toast, pancakes, vegetables, dumplings (pot stickers), I even made a batch of one-pan brownies (preparing the recipe in the pan on the stove, then sticking the pan in the oven to bake) and they came out great!
The main points for this pan are:
* Nonstick (I mean REALLY nonstick)
* Oven-safe
* Easy to clean
* Handle stays cool while cooking (except when used in the oven)
* Large size with steep sides allows for cooking almost anything but crepes
At around $50 (I paid $100 for the set of two pans) this pan is an incredible bargain. It outperforms every nonstick pan I've used in the past, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys stove-top cooking. Even if the only time you use a frying pan is for bacon and eggs in the morning, you will fall in love with Calphalon's Unison nonstick coating.
Note: As with any nonstick cookware, avoid using metal cooking utensils. I bought a heat-resistant silicone-coated spatula and set of tongs and they work perfect.

(More customer reviews)This is the best T-fal I have yet!! This Professional set is by far thicker and heavier than any of my other T-fal. The pans are nonstick and the bottoms are stainless steel. They have heavy glass vented lids, and cushion grip handles. Even the pan handles are put on sturdier with 2 rivets as opposed to most pans that have one screw that comes lose. I would definitely buy this professional line again. I've tried many brands of cookware and I love T-fal the best. I'm hard on my cookware because I cook and bake and can continually, T-fal holds up. I buy T-fal singly and in sets to add to what I have... I love it!

Coleman Aluminum Mess Kit Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this item almost as a joke because it was so cheep and so lightweight that I thought it would be junk. I figured that even if it was useless I wouldn't feel bad about throwing it out because of the price. What I found was that this little set actually works very well. I was impressed with the weight and it cooks a great steak and cleans easily. It packs up pretty small too.
My only two concerns with this product was that
1. Because the frying pan is two pieces and aluminum the handle tends to bend with too much weight. Long term I think bending will greatly weaken the handle.
2. The handle of the frying pan can get a little hot if left on the heat for more than a few minutes. Still easily handled with a towel or shirt sleeve.
These are the prices you pay for the very light weight and cheep price. All in all though, a great bargain that really works.
