Calphalon D1382PB Commercial Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Everyday Pan with Lid Review

Calphalon D1382PB Commercial Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Everyday Pan with Lid
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I've owned this pan for about two years ... it's simply wonderful. The Calphalon Commercial line is the top of the line, just like the Professional, but with stay-cool handles. The thick, sturdy aluminum heats up quickly and evenly, and goes from the stovetop to the oven up to any temperature.
My favorite dish to make with this pan is a large omelette for two to four people. You saute the onions, etc., until carmelized, then add the whipped eggs, top it with diced tomatoes, basil, oregano and cheeses, then broil at about 450 for a couple minutes until browned. Simply wonderful!
I also cook stir frys, poach fish, bake casseroles, and brown meats in this truly Everyday Pan.
Now, for the issues: As with all true Calphalon products, you can not put hard-anodized aluminum into the dishwasher. It will damage the surface, leading to pits and discolorations, and void the lifetime warranty to boot!
Second, this is not a nonstick pan. If you want nonstick, buy Calphalon Commercial Nonstick, the best ever made (The Commercial nonstick line has the more advanced LRS3 coating versus the much less effective LRS coating on the cheaper Professional Nonstick II line).
To clean, simply buy a Dobie pad or its equivalent. For the tough stuff, I find a little Bon Ami or Dormond cleaner does the trick without too much effort.
Enjoy!

The 12-in. Everyday Pan is an all-purpose pan. Use it for searing, browning and sauteing vegetables and meats. It also works well for making paella, jambalaya and all-in-one meals that you can bring right to the table to serve. The 2 loop handles make for easier lifting.Backed by a lifetime warranty, Calphalon's Commercial Hard-Anodized Cookware is made to professional standards, offering the home chef unsurpassed cooking performance, superior construction and lasting durability. Each piece in the Commercial Hard-Anodized line is made of a heavy-gauge aluminum, all-metal construction with the advanced technology of the Cool V stainless handles. The aluminum construction provides superior cooking performance by distributing the heat evenly so there are no hot spots as you cook. And because it's made entirely of metal, each pan can be used in the oven and under the broiler. The hard-anodizing seals the cooking surface, making it stick-resistant and non-reactive to the foods being cooked. The Cool V handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop, and are balanced with such precision that the pans feel lighter when you pick them up.

I REALLY hate to cook but using these pans are great. Clean up is easy, just put them in the dishwasher. The see-thru lids are wonderful, too. Just remember the following:
1. You cannot use any spray-on cooking spray, it makes the pots/pans sticky.
2. Use low heat, these pans disburse heat very well.
3. You can use metal spatulas/utensils.
4. If something stuck on the pans, follow the directions.
But these pots and pans are great, I really recommend them.

T-Fal Professional Cookware 10-pc. Set- Black Review

The little woman says she loves these pans. The coating does not peel off. I was getting tired of buying and throwing away pans because their non stick surface was in my dinner. This set has a heavy bottom that cooks food faster than the regular pans. These pans are non stick on the outside also and are very easy to clean. I would have paid much more for this quality but these were quite reasonable to me. The red dot in the middle is a nice added touch to a very good set of pans. The lids fit perfectly and have the little breather hole. I think they are a nice looking set also.

T-Fal Elegance Stainless-Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set Review

T-Fal Elegance Stainless-Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I hesitated before I purchased this set because some of the reviews were not favorable. Some of the reviews were a total 5, so I wondered how there could be such a huge gap between the purchaser's reviews. A little homework answered the question.
This is a beautiful set, and if handled ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTIONS, should stay in beautiful shape. One of the reviewers stated that her cookware turned blue after being put into the dishwasher. The directions distinctly state that this is a normal condition for stainless steel and can be remedied by wiping lemon juice or vinegar over the pot/pan. It works; just as stated.
Another reviewer stated that her pan warped. This happens when the heat is too high. Instructions fully state that one should not use this cookware on HIGH. It does not take much heat to allow the food to cook. There is an aluminum disk inserted in the bottom to conduct the heat. Aluminum DOES warp and melt under extremely high conditions.
One reviewer stated that the steel could be bent with her fingers. Perhaps she had a defective piece, as there is NO WAY I could do such a thing. I hand quilt everyday and am a professional seamstress. I have a lot of strength in my fingers; but still, it is an impossibility to bend this steel. Granted, the cookware is not a professional HEAVY weight, but it is a cookware that is bit weighty, but easy to handle, and light enough to produce quick heat.
Last night I fried salmon patties, and the pan cleaned up nicely. I used a little BonAmi, which is similar to Bartender's Secret, which is recommended by the manufacturer. I have cooked chili, boiled pasta, steamed veggies...all to success and my cookware looks new.
Although I cook everyday, I did not want to continue with my non-stick cookware. I thought it would be a good idea to purchase a reasonably priced stainless set to get used to cooking with stainless; eventually moving up to a more pricey set if necessary. At this point, I do not think I will need to move up to a more pricey set, but will purchase additional pieces of the T-fal Elegance, including the chicken fryer and the 3 qt. pot/lid. I did already purchase the 12.5 saute pan and it is very useful.
I love this set and think the price does not speak for it's excellence. It is a LOT of value for the money.

A beautiful choice for those looking to set up a first-time kitchen or to add to a growing repertoire, this 10-piece cookware set provides all the essentials. It consists of an 8-inch saute pan, a 10-1/4-inch saute pan, a 1-quart covered saucepan, a 2-quart covered saucepan, a 5-quart covered Dutch oven, and two handy tools--a spoon and a slotted turner. The saute pans offer gently curved sides for flipping food or sliding an omelet or grilled cheese sandwich easily from the pan to a plate, and the saucepans come in handy for cooking breakfast oatmeal, heating up soup, or making marinara sauce. The included Dutch oven holds a heap of chili, chicken and rice, and other one-dish meals--start by browning meats or sauteing onions, then add liquid and other ingredients to finish on the stovetop or in the oven. Both the spoon and the turner come with holes at the end for hanging when not in use.
Crafted from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, each piece features a multi-layer base consisting of a thick-gauge aluminum core encapsulated between stainless steel, which serves to distribute heat evenly, eliminate hot spots, and prevent warping. The cookware's brushed and polished stainless-steel exteriors offer enhanced visual appeal, and the pieces can be used on all stovetop surfaces, including induction. Long stainless-steel handles on the pots and pans are riveted for strength, curved to minimize heat transfer, and offer hanging holes for convenient storage. The Dutch oven offers side loop handles for easy lifting and carrying. The cookware also provides glass lids that come with stainless-steel loop handles and that help trap in heat, moisture, and nutrients when cooking, plus make it possible to check on food at a glance without letting heat escape. Another thoughtful detail includes interior measuring marks that come etched into the wall of the saucepans. Oven-safe to 500 degrees F, the cookware cleans up easily by hand or in the dishwasher and carries a limited lifetime warranty.

Calphalon Contemporary Stainless 10-Piece Cookware Set Review

Calphalon Contemporary Stainless 10-Piece Cookware Set
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I would rate this 4.6; reasons to follow:
To start off, I spent around 5 months of looking into cookware before I made a decision on these. Some of the "Honorable mentions" would be All Clad, Emeril Ware, Simply Calphalon, Calphalon One, Calphalon NonStick, and the Calphalon Anodized. After much debate, handling, and "weighing of pros and cons", I settled on this set.
The BreakDown:
I LOVE this set and would definitely purchase these lil' gems again. I plan on getting married soon and I'm the more of the cook in the relationship; hence, I was looking for something long-term and that both of us would feel comfortable using.
THE SELLING POINTS:
Stylish, brushed stainless steel coating. Looks good now, should still be in style later on. Traditional look with a contemporary style.
See-through lids (although it fogs up and you can't see anything anyway, it's a splashy idea nonetheless)
Smooth handle with "Y" connected handle - This is GREAT since the heat transfer area is slight and really keeps the handle safe to the touch. The other thing with the handle is that it's easy to hold even with the heavier pan (3-quart sauté pan). When I checked out All Clad's cookware, their handles hurt my hand. Theirs is in the shape of a sharp edged trough - I could barely hold the thing without pain; and this was before food was in it.
Weight: These don't really weigh all that much compared to some of the other brands. By no means is it lightweight; but it provides a "solid" feel to it. My Fiance, who has small hands (ring size 3) doesn't have a problem handling these. She used All Clad and hated the handle design and the weight of them.
Even Heating: it's been mentioned before, but these really do heat up evenly. Some (Emerilware) have this little copper/metal base on the bottom of the pan. Pretty much only the food above the base gets cooked and the outsides don't. I've never had a problem with uneven cooking, even with a largely stuffed pan. Don't misunderstand this, you still do have to rotate food while cooking; but this isn't a serious concern.
Non-stick: Although this set is NOT non-stick. It sure has some of it's properties. I can make a fried egg with no problem and saute stuff with no sticking. IF food does start to stick, see Tip 1 below.THE BLAHHH:
Heating: It IS true...these will heat up quickly. DO NOT put these past HIGH! Even Med-High is pushing it. In my experience, I can saute onions, peppers, chicken ect at low-med heat with no problem. I can not tell you how many times I've burned olive oil in these things; and it's a $***& to get off. If you do happen to burn stuff in these, get BarKeeper's Friend. It takes off most of what you had on there.
Tip 1: I found out that after cooking a particularly "dirty" dish (or if food starts to stick to it), I'd have to use BK Friend to get it back to where food (eggs in particular wouldn't stick to it).

Edges: You'll notice that there's an edge for where the lid fits comfortably in place. The problem here is that if you burn something in the pan, you'll need a knife/razor blade to scrape this stuff off. Even BKF won't get off some of this stuff if you burn it on good enough. I like the edges, but the fact that there's no way to really clean this is a con.
Scratching: Ok, here's the deal with this. Calphalon DOES say that you CAN use metal utensils with this set. Using metal utensils doesn't hurt the cookware; but it WILL scratch them. I use wood or plastic with these and have had great luck with it. In the case that I do need to scrape stuff off the bottom. I have no problem with using metal. If I'm somewhat careful, I might inflict a minute scratch.
Washing: This really isn't a Con per se, but it can be a turn-off to some people. You WILL have to hand wash these and DRY them when you're done cooking. No air-drying here. It'll leave water marks and food will stick.
Tip 2: always use hot soapy water when washing this stuff and never put cold water in these when they're hot in order to get the "bits" off. You'll ruin it and void the warranty. Conclusion:
From talking to other people, this set seems to be a bit more finicky about it's care and use than some of the other brands. For me, this has been a "Smooth" set to work with and it seems to be a great tool. Something that I'll be using for a rather long time. It is one of the more expensive of Calphalon's line, and you can't always find this line. Get the stuff early, and get all the matching stuff that you'd want - it might not be here forever.

All-Clad Stainless 4-Quart Casserole Pan Review

All-Clad Stainless 4-Quart Casserole Pan
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This pot is the perfect size for a standard soup recipe. I have the Dutch oven and the 6-qt stock pot as well, but I still wanted this pot. I have not been disappointed. I like the taller shape; it jut feels more like a soup pot to me (I understand this is completely subjective.)
All-Clad Stainless is my favorite line of cookware. The clad technology means even heat conduction and it works on induction cookware. An extra bonus for me is the easy clean up -- throw it in the dishwasher. Whne necesary, polish with a Bar Keeper's Friend and it will look like new forever.
If you are choosing between this and a Dutch oven, go with the Dutch oven because the shape is more versatile. This pot is not a must-have, but a great have if you make a lot of soup and are looking for an addition to your All-Clad set.

Farberware Millennium Soft Touch 12-Piece Cookware Set Review

Farberware Millennium Soft Touch 12-Piece Cookware Set
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have been looking for a set to suppliment my Cuisinart set (3+years) for a while. After looking at samples at Target, I have decided on the Farberware Millennium and one day Amazon had a great price.
Right now Farberware is selling at $129 and Cuisinart 10 pieces at $109 with a muffan pan and tool set rebate.
Both are great sets, but here's the difference.
Farberware's silicone wrapped handle feels better than Cusinart, although cusinart's handle does not heat up in cooking either.
Farberware's lid, again with wrapped handle, is definitely better than Cusinart's. Both lids heat up and you will appreciate the silicone wrap.
Cuisinart has a great mirror finish inside and out; Farberware's finish outside is not as brilliant, inside is almost a matte finish.
Stainless steel is not truely non-stick. The better you keep the mirror finish, the more stick resistant they are. I've had the Cusinart for a long time and it held up really well (no abrasive cleaning). I may have to come back and update you on the non-stick nature of Farberware, but so far so good.
The Farberware Millennium is more modern and expensive looking especially with the graphite colored silicone handles. The Millennium' edges also fare better because they are more rounded and your dishwasher will be happier with it.
If they are selling at the same price, I'd go for Farberware Millennium.

The encapsulated aluminum-disk base is separating from my café' collection 1 qt.sauce pan. It was not high heat that caused it, just poor workmanship. Only a 1/4" spot weld holds the heating base to the bottom of the stainless steel pot. Bad design and this results in one heck of a hot spot, as seen by spot discoloration of the stainless steel pan........ I am a fire fighter and have seen my share of house fire resulting from aluminum pots and pans on the stove, so I stay away from aluminum cookware, The aluminum can, and has melted at stove top temperatures. The encapsulation helps but all the rest of my cookware is copper bottom. Made in China 032008.

KitchenAid Gourmet Porcelain Enamel Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set, Red Review

KitchenAid Gourmet Porcelain Enamel Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set, Red
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This cookware set makes preparing meals easy - we love the balanced weight, even heating, and nonstick surfaces in both skillets and pots. We've been using daily for about a month, and here is what we've noticed:
Pros:
- HEATING: Very even (we have a gas range)
- WEIGHT: Very light and balanced (I thought they were too light to cook well, but they actually do! They are also balanced if you try to pick them up while full.)
- COOKING: Very even cooking across surface (no hot or cold spots)
- LIDS: Clear glass lids (you can boil water faster with lid on and actually see when it's ready)
- HANDLES: Silicone pads on handles help to keep the grip cooler (but I still need hot pads to fully pick pots up)
- SURFACE: Non-stick works very well. Normally stuck-on food releases easily. (But the coating is already starting to scratch - see below)
Cons:
- SCRATCHES: Non-stick is already showing small scratches even though we only use nylon & silicon utensils. Have owned these for about a month of daily use.
- BOLTS: Bolts where handles attach to cookware on inside can be difficult to clean around after, say, scrambled eggs
- SMALL SKILLETS: Skillets (8.5- and 10-inch) are smaller than they sound. (Room for one/two eggs or one pancake or one sandwich. They aren't meal-size.)
- DISHWASHER: Not technically dishwasher safe. Color fading from dishwasher. (I realize the instructions say they aren't dishwasher safe. Really? We're a family with small kids and we don't have time to hand-wash our dishes if we want to try to keep the kitchen clean. So I will live with the fading. The online description should warn that this set isn't dishwasher safe.)
Overall, a functional, pretty little set. The 3-qt deep skillet is my new favorite. I make a lot of one-dish meals, and this performs perfectly. However, I wish the set came with a bigger skillet (12-in) instead of the tiny 8.5-inch which isn't very useful.

I received this set as a gift three years ago, and I really love the set. At the time, I was not much of a cook and just out of college, but I am now married and we cook all the time with these pans. They are super sturdy and feel hefty without too much weight. I appreciate the "strain" feature and use it regularly.
The company also stands behind its products and responds to customers via email. I was missing one of the lids to the pans after a move. I contacted them about it, and they helped me to replace the piece. It was great service on their part, and although I know these pans are going to last me for years and years, I will probably buy WearEver again.

Combining high performance with a sleek design, this 10-piece cookware set includes a 1-quart covered saucepan, a 2-quart covered saucepan, a 5-quart covered Dutch oven, and a 9-1/2-inch open deep saute pan, as well as three handy tools--a spoon, a slotted spoon, and a slotted turner. Use the saucepans for breakfast oatmeal or homemade marinara sauce and the Dutch oven for soups and stews or for boiling pasta. The deep saute pan works well for chicken and rice and other one-dish meals--start by browning meats or sauteing onions, then add liquid and other ingredients to finish on the stovetop or in the oven. Each tool and long-handled pan comes with a hole at the end for convenient hanging storage when not in use.
The cookware features 18/10 stainless-steel construction, inside and out, with impact-bonded aluminum bases for even heat distribution. Rolled stainless-steel handles stay cool to the touch for a safe, confident grip, while double non-drip spouts make for easy pouring. The Cook & Strain cookware line gets its name from its tempered-glass covers, which offer stainless-steel strainer rims that serve as colanders for straining foods right from the pot or pan. Simply line up the holes in the rim of the cover with the pouring spout on the pot or pan, and tip to drain. Oven-safe to 350 degrees F, the cookware carries a limited lifetime warranty and can be safely washed in the dishwasher, though washing it by hand is recommended.

I have used All-Clad since the early 1980's and consider it the very best, and best for the money, too, as it lasts forever, the company will simply replace any that you complain about (the LTD black surface wore off some after 15 years, which is why I switched to the stainless steel outside and inside and some copper outside versions (Copper Chef, by All-Clad Co.) and they sent a new one!). I have boiled over milk on high and it never scorched! The bottom of the pan was not even tan, much less any burned milk! That was a first for any pan for me! The Olympic Cooking Team uses these pans, by the way. And they look good on a rack, too.

Farberware 50049 Classic Stainless Steel 15-Piece Cookware Set Review

Farberware 50049 Classic Stainless Steel 15-Piece Cookware Set
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
We're happy with our 20-year-old Farberware stainless steel cookware, pre-dating the stainless steel capped base. The interiors are still like new. The lids are shiny and dent-free. The handles are faded, but remain tight with an occasional turn of a screw. We use it everyday.
We are equally pleased with the newer "Classic" pieces, especially with the added weight and improved appearance of the capped bases. We bought the 15-piece set, giving us some redundant pieces but at a better price than buying fewer pieces individually.
We like stainless steel for several reasons: It cooks well. We can use metal utensils. It lasts for decades. It's dishwasher safe without consequence. It looks good. It's heavy enough. It cleans up easily. (For occasional stuck on food, we simply blot out what's loose, add water, and bring to a boil. After a few seconds, the stuck on food wipes off easily.)
There's pricier cookware available, some with aluminum cores that extend up the sides of the pan, some with copper clad bases, some with handles rated to 500 degrees, some made of anodized aluminum, and some so heavy you can use it as part of your fitness program. After years of no-complaints with our Farberware Classic stainless steel, we can't see paying the premium prices for anything else. We don't use our cookware in the oven, so we're okay with our 350-degree handles.
One complaint with the set: The non-stick skillets are 100% ALUMINUM with a PLAIN exterior and NO heavy base cap. Per Farberware's own website (caps added for emphasis): "Aluminum stains easily and reacts with certain foods. A nonstick interior and PORCELAIN OR NONSTICK EXTERIOR prevents staining and food reaction. Nonstick aluminum is dishwasher safe. A PLAIN AUMINUM EXTERIOR may discolor in the dishwasher."
We use stainless steel for most of our cooking, but still prefer non-stick skillets for some things. We'd like the skillets in this set better if they at least had an exterior finish on them.
Follow-up: We gave away the aluminum skillets from this set and bought a set of Cuisinart stainless steel non-stick skillets to use alongside our collection of Farberware stainless steel.

Calphalon Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch Everyday Pan with Lid Review

Calphalon Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch Everyday Pan with Lid

I bought this at [a local store]. I love this pan. Tough, durable, nice heavy (without being too heavy) weight, able to take oven to stove to fridge without warping unlike some other cheap pans I have. Cleaning is a breeze. This really WOULD be my everyday pan except for the fact that it's a little smaller in size to be truly an everyday pan and I'm only cooking for 2 people. Fork over the money and pay a little more to get the 12 inch pan. That will be much more practical.

All-purpose pan. Use it for searing, browning and sauteing vegetables and meats as well as making the classic Spanish dish, paella. The two loop handles make for easier lifting, and the heavyweight, domed stainless steel lid prevents the moisture from escaping and allows heat to easily circulate. What sets it apart from other Calphalon lines is the LRS3 (Lifetime Release System), a multi-layer nonstick material that's internally reinforced for effortless release and easy cleaning. Oven safe to 450 degrees F. The stainless steel lid securely traps in juices as you cook. Each pan is made of a heavy-gauge aluminum, all-metal construction that provides superior cooking performance through even heat distribution.

KitchenAid Gourmet Essentials 10-Piece Hard-Base Porcelain Aluminum Nonstick Cookware Set, Red Review

KitchenAid Gourmet Essentials 10-Piece Hard-Base Porcelain Aluminum Nonstick Cookware Set, Red

I got a set just like this as a Christmas gift two years ago. I'm a fan of KitchenAid, and I have a lot of appliances and gadgets from them, but this particular set was a disappointment... maybe I just got a "lemon".
Within less than 6 months of use the nonstick coating on both pans started to chip off, forming a couple of unsightly "holes" on the surface of the pans, leaving me wondering if my family is ingesting tiny pieces of that coating with pancakes and omelets... The pans have never gone in the dishwasher (even though it says "dishwasher safe"), and I only use wooden and silicone spatulas with them. I ended up throwing the two pans away shortly after, since I didn't have a receipt or keep the warranty paperwork for it. The sauté pan, while still in use and with the nonstick coating intact, got warped after about a year, balancing itself on one middle point on my flat top range... On the positive side, the pots are still fine, but I don't use them much, the handles are very comfortable and the color adds to a cheerful kitchen.
Bottom line, it's a nice "pretty" set, but if you plan to actually cook in it, I would not recommend it based on the experience I had with it.

KitchenAid Gourmet Essentials 12-Piece Nonstick Hard Base Cookware Set, Red Review

These are excellent pots- the nonstick surface is an improvement over regular old Teflon and they're heavy and spread the heat well. Gotta love the splendid red color, too!
I find these cook a bit slow, but that's a good thing; I haven't managed to overcook and mangle a single thing in these pots. The heat spreads well and stays consistent, I haven't had any "cold spot" problems. They're also a snap to clean, I like an OXO Nylon bristle dish scrubber. Nothing sticks and pots almost wash themselves.
I wish they made a 12 inch skillet; but this is a perfect starter set and easier to use than a lot of fancy pots are.
Very Highly Recomended!

T-Fal Ultimate Hard Enamel 12-Piece Nonstick Cookware Set Review

T-Fal Ultimate Hard Enamel 12-Piece Nonstick Cookware Set
Average Reviews:

Received our set in 4 days, and the quality of the pots and pans are vastly superior to most others in the same price catagory. Amazon photo only displayed 10 pieces, which is exactly what we received. The box indicated it was a 12 piece set, but the spoon and spachula were both missing. If you are looking for T-Fal French cookwear, this may or may not be it since the box says made in China, Hungary, France and Italy. Did not say made in France anywhere on the pans like our old one. Will be interesting to see if these last as long as the French made pans. In any case, a nice buy for under $100, especially with so much other product out in the marketplace from other manufactures that is essentially useless junk after 4 months use.

Offering a wide range of everyday essentials, this 12-piece cookware set makes a nice choice for those setting up a first-time kitchen or for anyone looking to upgrade or enhance their current collection. The set includes an 8-inch saute pan, a 10-1/4-inch saute pan, a 1-quart covered saucepan, a 2-quart covered saucepan, a 3-quart covered saucepan, and a 5-quart covered Dutch oven. The open saute pans work well for making silver-dollar pancakes, grilled-cheese sandwiches, or for frying tofu to throw into an Asian-inspired dish; the covered saucepans come in handy when making homemade marinara sauce, heating soup, or cooking pasta; and the Dutch oven will hold a large batch of chili or spaghetti when feeding a crowd.
Constructed from heavy-gauge aluminum with a warp-resistant base, the cookware heats quickly and distributes heat evenly (no hot spots to worry about). It even comes with a Thermo-Spot heat indicator, which makes it easy to see at a glance when the cookware has preheated. For added convenience, the cookware's shiny enamel exterior comes protected with a TechnoGuard coating for long-lasting good looks, and its patterned TechnoTough nonstick interior helps ensure effortless food release without the need for excess butter or oil--plus it's scratch-resistant and can be safely used with metal utensils. The included tempered-glass lids, complete with vents and stay-cool loop lid handles, fit securely on the pots and pans to help retain heat and moisture. The cookware also provides ergonomically designed, riveted silicone handles that stay comfortably cool on the stovetop and offer hanging holes for spacing storage when not in use. Oven-safe up to 350 degrees F, the cookware cleans up easily by hand or in the dishwasher and carries a limited lifetime warranty.
