(More customer reviews)I ended up purchasing this item from Lowes because of the price break and a promotion on 0% APR for 12 months. Our stove bit the dust and we needed a new one ASAP. We couldn't believe that for the $589 that we paid for it, we could get a convection stove. Well, the convection is an excellent feature, especially for those who love baking breads and cookies. It also has a special way of keeping the temperature stable throughout the stove, so you don't have spots of different temperatures. This stove bakes evenly even on regular baking mode. It also has the feature of delayed heat, so you can set it to preheat and be ready to make dinner when you get home from work. I would definitely purchase this product again. It looks great with our all black appliances. The heating element is in the top, rather than the bottom, so cleaning is much easier, since things tend to drip down rather than up! You'd think everyone would put the heating element in the top.

(More customer reviews)We were asked to pick out appliances for our new home. I picked this one for three basic reasons. It was the same brand as the stove and fridge I picked out, was black, and went over the stove. I had no other criteria. Microwaves in the past, for us, have never been used for much more than reheating leftovers, microwave pancakes for our son in the morning and maybe a bag of popcorn every now and then.
Had I consciously decided to research more functionality in a microwave, this would have been it!! I cannot believe how awesome this microwave is.
Functions I've used:
* The "Dinner Plate" function is a thing to be awed. Load up a plate of leftovers, pop it in and hit ONE button (Dinner Plate). The microwave's internal sensor automatically adjusts the cook time to ensure the food is heated evenly throughout. WORD OF CAUTION: Do NOT stop the cycle to check the progress, then cancel and hit "Dinner plate" button again. For some reason it will get way too hot!
* The "Soften / Melt" function has been used numerous times already. You're able to select to soften different products (butter/ice cream/cream cheese). I've used it for both butter and ice cream. The butter selection truly softens your butter without having half soft and half melted. The ice cream selection is another thing that awed me. Our freezer was set too high, so our ice cream was like a rock. Put it in the microwave, selected the "Soften/Melt" button, hit "1" for soften, then "2" for ice cream, then key in the number of ounces. The consistency of the ice cream was perfect!!
* We just used the "Steam / Simmer" function last night to steam fresh asparagus for dinner. Again, we were thrilled with the outcome. We put 2 large bunches of fresh asparagus in a glass baking dish, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Hit the "Steam" selection and steamed for about 10 minutes. Again, AMAZING!!
We've only been in our house just under two months and have already gotten so much enjoyment out of this microwave. I give it the highest recommendation and cannot wait to further investigate the other functions this oven has to offer.

786324 Gas Range Ignitor Review

(More customer reviews)The ignitor in my old Caloric oven/broiler stopped working, still red but not enough to light oven anymore. Looked around and couldn't find part number or anything since Caloric doesn't exist anymore. So I got this one since it was the same longer size as the old one. All of the newer styles are short. The end of this one kind of fits into the back of the oven so I wanted the same length. This one fit just right and after a little time hooking everything up I'm back in business. My oven now lights in 20 seconds. And it was cheaper here than other places where I found the longer style.

(More customer reviews)Exact replacement for my GE oven, the oven would only heat to 250 although it would register 350 or whatever we set it at, but after a couple of days of food not cooking thoroughly I realized we had a temp problem. I bought a high heat oven thermometer to confirm the problem, then ordered this probe and problem fixed. Now the high heat thermometer and oven probe are within a couple of degrees of each other.
